SANBORN, Circuit Judge.
This writ of error challenges an order of the court below that the Clearwater County State Bank and the First National Bank of Bagley pay, out of the funds standing in them to the credit of the county treasurer of Clearwater county, amounts sufficient to satisfy an execution issued on the judgment which the plaintiff recovered against the county on May 6, 1915, for $12,522.20 and costs.
