McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.
Darnell Cockerham appeals from a final order entered in the District Court for the District of Minnesota affirming the decision of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (Secretary) denying him disability insurance benefits. For reversal, appellant argues that the Secretary erred in finding that (1) he was not presumptively disabled and (2) he was able to perform his past work. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the order of the district court in part and reverse in part, and remand with directions to the district court to remand the case…
