[1] This attorney disciplinary proceeding, conducted pursuant to the Rules Governing Discipline, 17-101 through 17-316 NMRA 1997, came before the Court for consideration of the disciplinary board’s recommendation that Thomas Scott Hyde be indefinitely suspended for a minimum of twelve months, with conditions for reinstatement.
