This is an appeal from a judgment in the Municipal Court in an action of the first class. Appellee filed the following statement of claim as the basis of her action:

“Plaintiff’s claim is for injuries received on the twenty-first day of April, A. D. 1911, while a passenger on one of the defendant’s street cars then and there being operated by one of the defendant’s employes at the intersection of West Sixty-first street and South Ashland avenue, City of Chicago, after plaintiff had given notice of her intention to get off the car at the crossing, and while she was in the act of getting off,…
