Roger Albee and nearly 100 other plaintiffs appeal from the trial court’s dismissal of their claim for breach of fiduciary duty and the grant of summary judgment against them on their claims for breach of a personal guaranty, breach of contract, fraud, fraudulent conveyance of property, piercing the corporate veil, punitive damages, and attorney fees.
