An attempted acquisition of Hahn Yalena Corporation (“Hahn”) by Infrasource, Inc., f/k/a Exelon Infrastructure Services, Inc., (“Infrasource”) gave rise to Hahn’s suit alleging fraud in the negotiations and ultimately these appeals. In Case No. A04A1896, Infrasource appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict against it and in favor of Hahn. In its appeal, Infrasource complains that the trial court erred in refusing to direct a verdict on two fraud claims, resulting in a substantial award for compensatory and punitive damages.
