John D. Behler appeals his sentence after remand following his conviction of four counts of federal drug trafficking crimes. In his first appeal, we affirmed Behler’s convictions but remanded for resentencing on three counts. See United States v. Behler, 14 F.3d 1264, 1273 (8th Cir.), cert. denied, — U.S. -, 115 S.Ct. 419, 130 L.Ed.2d 335 (1994). On remand, the district court held a resen-tencing hearing and imposed a new sentence on those counts.
