OPINION

ALARID, Judge.

Robison Realty Company (appellant) challenges the trial court’s punitive damage and cost awards. The Campbells’ cross-appeal challenges the cost awards, the computation of interest and the denial of a new trial to the Campbells. We affirm.

This case makes its third visit to this Court in six years. Initially, Robison sought a declaratory judgment to determine his liability, if any, for misrepresentations he made in connection with the sale of the Green Valley Mobile Home Park to Beverly Katz.
