PRISCILLA R. OWEN, Circuit Judge:
Credit Union Liquidity Services, L.L.C. (CULS) 1 appeals the dismissal of its peti tion for involuntary bankruptcy filed against Green Hills Development Company, L.L.C. (Green Hills) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303. Because we hold that CULS lacked standing to bring the involuntary petition, we affirm the bankruptcy court’s dismissal on this alternative ground.
