KAUFMAN, Senior District Judge.(1) Reference is hereby made to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or in the Alterna tive Motion for Summary Judgment with regard to plaintiffs Complaint and Amended Complaint. Defendants’ motion with regard to plaintiffs original Complaint was filed on October 15, 1996, and defendants’ motion with regard to plaintiffs Amended Complaint was filed on January 3, 1997. Plaintiffs Amended Complaint is substantially similar to her original Complaint with the singular addition of a state law cause of action for wrongful discharge.
