Maelynn Tenge appeals from the district court’s 1 grant of summary judgment to Phillips Modern Ag Company and Scott Phillips on her claims of sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Iowa Civil Rights Act, and to Lori Phillips on Tenge’s claim of tortious interference with a business relationship.
