HULBERT, District Judge.

Plaintiff moves for an order confirming the report of the Special Master and overruling the defendant’s objections thereto. Motion granted.

This action was for patent infringement, by the defendant, of plaintiff’s Letters Patent No. 1,526,982 covering an improved stencil sheet.
