Following a general verdict of guilty rendered against her upon separate indictments — one, charging the Common law offense of inciting to riot, and the other, the statutory misdemeanor of being concerned in a riot, within the meaning of Section 19 of the Act of March 31, 1860, P. L. 382, 18 PS §551 — appellant was sentenced to pay the costs, a fine of $100, and be confined in the county jail for a term of six months.
