The defendants, Colonial Realty Company, a corporation, and Mary K. Reynolds, have appealed from an order of the circuit court denying their motion to set aside a default order entered against them and a decree in favor of the plaintiffs, Harold C. Merryman and Jane L. Merryman, Ms wife, and to permit the filing of an answer to the complaint.
