Wilfred Biloche, plaintiff in error, was tried without a jury in the criminal court of Cook County and found guilty of the crime of “unlawful sale of a narcotic drug.” He was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of two to five years and has sued out this writ of error to review his conviction.
