delivered the opinion of the court:

Plaintiffs in error and one Fox were charged in an indictment, in the criminal court of Cook county, with robbing Edward Dvorak of over $5000 in cash and a large amount in checks, the property of the Ward Baking Company, a corporation. The jury returned a verdict of guilty against plaintiffs in error and found that they were at the time of the robbery armed with revolvers.
