Plaintiffs initiated an action against defendant alleging that quarrying activities conducted by defendant had caused damage to neighboring residential and business property owned by plaintiffs. On January 22, 1980, and June 4, 1980, the trial court granted motions for partial summary judgment under GCR 1963, 117.2(1) which, together, disposed of plaintiffs’ entire case. Plaintiffs appeal as of right from these orders and from various other determinations of the trial court.
