DORMAN, Senior Judge:

The appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members. Contrary to his pleas the members found the appellant guilty of rape of a female under the age of 16, indecent assault of a different female, and false swearing concerning the indecent assault. The appellant’s offenses violated Articles 120 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 920 and 934. The approved sentence in-*736eludes confinement for 12 years, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a dishonorable discharge.
