Maxine Tarrant brought her joint action in the superior court of Houston County against O. F. Davis, a resident of Bibb County, George Duhart, a resident of Houston County, and the American Casualty Company, for recovery for alleged personal injuries arising by reason of certain described negligence of Duharfy the agent of Davis,'a-motor common carrier.
