These three cases are before the court on motion for summary judgment filed by the plaintiffs, arising out of the following facts:
On June 30, 1964, one Walker Lucas a resident of Kentucky was employed by Bert Martin, Paul Stewart, and Oscar House doing business as Martin-Stewart House Sales Co. of Haines City, Florida, as a tractor-trailer driver. On said date, while driving the vehicle of his employer in Georgia and within the scope of his employment, he was involved in a multiple truck auto collision with various automobiles in which the plaintiffs here…
