BRUBAKER, Judge:

This ease is before us on an interlocutory appeal by the United States under Article 62, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 862, and Rule FOR CoüRts-Martial 908, Manual FoR Courts-Martial, United States (2012 ed.). The appellee is currently charged with sodomy with a child under the age of 12 and two specifications of indecent acts with a child in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934.
