OPINION
FREDERICK VAN PELT BRYAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff sues on a maritime claim to recover upon a policy of insurance. Defendant insurers move pursuant to Rule 56 F.R.Civ.P. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint or, in the alter native, for transfer of the action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
