I. Introduction

On February 16, 2007, Defendant filed a Motion for Reconsideration of the Court’s February 2, 2007, opinion on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. AAB Joint Venture v. United States, 75 Fed.Cl. 414 (2007). The Court’s earlier opinion found in favor of Plaintiff on the issue of liability due to defective specifications, leaving only a determination on the amount of damages remaining.
