The Clorox Company (“Clorox”) appeals from a decision of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Manuel Real, J.) granting summary judgment to Sterling Winthrop, Inc. (“Sterling”) and Reckitt & Colman, Inc. (“Reckitt”) on Clorox’s antitrust claims under Sections One and Two of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2.
