Helene Curtis Industries, Inc. (Curtis) has appealed from a preliminary injunction order enjoining it from using the words “Arm in Arm” or any combination of words including Arm in Arm “as part of any trademark, brand name or other product or commercial identification in connection with the sale, offering for sale, distribution, advertising or promotion of any deodorant or antiperspirant product”.
