The defendant, James Johnston, Jr., appeals his conviction in Superior Court {Perkins, J.) on five counts of possession of child pornography. See RSA 649-A:3, 1(e) (Supp. 2002). On appeal, the defendant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained during a search of his home. We affirm.
