These Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law concern the court trial of that portion of the dispute between Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, L.P. (collectively “Samsung”) and Rambus Inc. (“Rambus”) based upon the allegations set forth in Counts I-III of Samsung’s Counterclaims against Rambus in Action Nos. C-05-00334 RMW and C-05-02298 RMW.
