This action was instituted by respondent to foreclose a trust deed and chattel mortgage and two supplemental chattel mortgages upon what is commonly known as the Wilsonian Apartment Hotel property in Seattle. Appellant Wilsonian Investment Company, a corporation, was named a party defendant because it was the record owner of the mortgaged property, and is now appealing from an order denying it any right to the proceeds of certain accounts collected by the receiver appointed in the foreclosure proceedings.
