—Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs and matter remitted to Supreme Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following Memoran*1025dum: On appeal from a judgment of divorce, defendant husband contends that Supreme Court erred in including as marital property an entire Merrill Lynch account opened by him in 1983. We conclude that the Merrill Lynch account is marital property only in part.
