1Opinion of the Court

OPINION BY

STEVENS, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County following Appellant’s conviction on two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance. In addition to this appeal, court-appointed counsel filed an Anders1 brief and a petition for leave to withdraw representation based upon her determination that the appeal was wholly frivolous. After a careful review of both the certified record and the briefs of the parties, we grant counsel’s petition to withdraw, and we affirm the judgment of sentence.
