This action was brought for claimed damages suffered by plaintiff John Uganski, purchaser, against defendant-appellant Little Giant Crane & Shovel, Inc., manufacturer of the crane in question, and Great Lakes Equipment Company, local dealer who handled the sale of the crane to plaintiff. The action was based on express and implied warranties. The matter was heard in the Circuit Court for Muskegon County in a five-day trial that commenced April 29, 1969. The trial judge, the Honorable Albert J. Engel, wrote a very thorough 32-page opinion finding for plaintiff and against Little Giant only, in…
