Defendant-Appellant Francisco Tello appeals the sentence imposed under the United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.) following his conviction on a plea of guilty to a charge of aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute marihuana. Tello contests the court’s finding under U.S.S.G. § 3C1.1 that he obstructed justice by lying to the probation officer who conducted the pre-sentence investigation.
