Rodriguez (Provider or, collectively, Petitioners) petition for review of an order issued by the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) to dismiss Provider’s petition for review of an adverse Utilization Review (UR) determination.
