The defendant herein, following a jury verdict of $2,552 for the plaintiff, seeks new trial on a general motion containing the usual allegations. Several exceptions to rulings on evidence were taken during the trial below but they are not pressed here, nor is the allegation of the motion that the damages awarded were excessive.
