There are involved here two suits, one by Warren Searles, a minor, who seeks to recover damages for personal injuries occasioned, as he says, by the negligence of the defendants, the other by his father who claims reimbursement for medical expenses and damages for the loss of services of his son. After a ver-*79diet for the plaintiff in each case the defendants filed general motions for new trials which are now before this Court.
