The defendant and cross-complainant. Beulah Franck has appealed from the judgment rendered against her in a suit to determine the right and title to the proceeds of an endowment policy.
Albert J. Franck and the respondent Coral La Fontaine Franck were married July 13, 1917. They established their home in Nevada. Two fifteen-year endowment life insurance policies numbered 2658767 and 2658771, respectively, for the sum of $5,000 each were issued to him October 22, 1919. The annual premium on each policy was the sum of $348.80. His wife Coral was named as beneficiary in each of these policies.…
