bin this case, the son of the decedent sued his mother and siblings concerning the ownership of an alleged family busi*916ness. The business arose as the result of a formula for soap products which the father believed was divinely inspired in 1981. For years before his death, the father worked with the son in the sale of the products. The son filed this declaratory judgment action after the death of his father and before the formal opening of a succession, claiming ownership of a corporation which owned the formula and sold the products.
