WEIMER, Justice.
LWe are called upon to determine whether a contract between a hospital and a medical corporation provides a stipulation for a third party (also referred to as a stipulation pour autrui) in the form of benefits for individual doctors affiliated with the medical corporation. This matter is before the court on defendants’ exceptions of no right of action, which contend the doctors are not third party beneficiaries of the contract.
