— Hattie L. Mosher, hereinafter called plaintiff, brought suit in the superior court of Maricopa county against the City of Phoenix and the Pacific Construction Company, a corporation, hereinafter called defendants, asking that the latter be enjoined from proceeding in the improvement and paving of East Madison Street in the City of Phoenix.
