I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff asserts claims under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.; the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.; and, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 P.S. § 951 et seq.
