HUNTER, Judge.

Lois Aubin (“plaintiff’) appeals the grant of a directed verdict in favor of Anthony A. Susi (“Susi”), New Harborgate Corporation (formerly and hereinafter “The Susi Corporation”) and Bluebird Corporation (“Bluebird”) (collectively “defendants”) on her claims of fraud, constructive fraud, and unfair and deceptive practices. She further appeals the trial court’s denial of her motions for attorney’s fees and a new trial. We vacate the trial court’s 2 October 2000 judgment granting a directed verdict in favor of defendants, and remand for entry of an order dismissing plaintiff’s…
