EAGLES, Chief Judge.

Marquis D. Street (“plaintiff’) appeals from the trial court’s order dismissing plaintiff’s complaint because of lack of standing. After careful consideration of the briefs and record, we affirm.

Plaintiff is a personal injury attorney and a resident of Greensboro. Four individuals were injured in separate motor vehicle accidents occurring from 31 December 1998 to 16 October 2000.
