This matter is before the court on the government’s objection, Filing No. 36, to the findings and recommendation (“F & R”) of the magistrate judge, Filing No. 35, concerning the defendant’s motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of a traffic stop and subsequent search that occurred on November 30, 2009.
