1Per curiam
{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment granting a writ of mandamus compelling a prison warden to refrain from attaching funds belonging to an *382inmate when those funds are not “income” within the meaning of the relevant administrative rule. Because the administrative rule permitted the warden’s attachment of money received as gifts, we reverse the judgment of the court of appeals and deny the writ.
