This action was brought to recover the purchase price of corporate stock. The defendants resisted the action, and affirmatively pleaded the statute of frauds. The trial was to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact from which the court concluded that the plaintiff was entitled to recover. Judgment was entered against the defendants in the sum of $680, from which they appeal.
