GEORGE C. PAINE, II, Bankruptcy Judge.
The issues before the court are whether this court should enjoin a creditor and district attorney general for the State of Tennessee from criminally prosecuting a debtor under Tennessee’s bad check law and whether the creditor should be held in contempt for his actions with appropriate sanctions. After consideration of the transcript of the hearing of this matter on June 4, 1981, affidavits submitted at that hearing, stipulations, exhibits, briefs of the parties and the entire record, this court finds such action is both necessary and…
