MEMORANDUM AND PROPOSED ORDER

The plaintiffs, debtors, brought this action to determine, inter alia, the discharge-ability of an order of restitution entered by the Superior Court of the State of Connecticut for the Judicial District of New Haven as a condition of probation in connection with a larceny conviction of the debtor Florence Pellegrino.
