Before the Court is Virginia K, McCann’s (McCann) motion that counsel fees be assessed against the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Appellate Procedure 2744.1 In McCann v. Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (No. 2658 C.D. 1996, filed March 26, 1997), this Court reversed the Board’s order that denied McCann unemployment compensation benefits.
