In this dispute arising out of a construction project (“Project”) at Washington Reagan National Airport (“Airport”), an electrical subcontractor sues on the general contractor’s bond under the Miller Act, 1 or, alternatively, under its Virginia counterpart, 2 to recover for the work and materials it expended on the Project.
