MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on defendant’s Motion to Strike Plaintiffs Punitive Damages Claim and Demand for a Jury Trial. On November 16, 1993, plaintiff Willis Kevin Dunn filed a complaint against Bergen Brunswig Drug Company (“Bergen Brun-swig”) in the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division.
